hey grace! unfortunately i don’t know much about raw food diets, other than the fact that they’re GREAT for your body. i know that when you cook vegetables and whatnot, it takes away a lot of the nutritional value. i’d imagine going on a strictly raw food diet would be tough but probably totally worth it!!

i did have an interview, yes! and as far as a height policy, not that i’m aware of. i know that you do need to be able-bodied and strong enough to perform in an emergency situation. and thank you so much, you’re too kind!! :)

visually-appealing-women: So what made you go from being in college to becoming a flight attendant? Where's the coolest place you've gone as a flight attendant?
well i was in college for one semester studying art, and i was miserable the entire time. i couldn’t focus on my classes, i had a million other things on my mind, i didn’t like any of the people i went to school with, it was just too much stress for me to deal with at the time. so i started considering taking some time off from school to get my shit together, and postpone it until i knew i could actually do well. it was a really hard choice but i ended up withdrawing at the end of the first semester, with a 3.5 gpa and dean’s list. my plan was to take some time off to work and save money, and then go to cosmetology school.
well, one day when i was at work doing a banquet, i was lollygagging in the kitchen with the cooks when a woman walked in with my boss and said “hey you should be a flight attendant! go apply upstairs!” they were holding interviews in a conference room that day. i got an application, filled it out and had an inteview the next day, when i was told that i’m hired and to come to training in anchorage, alaska. that was about a month ago, and i leave for anchorage this saturday, april 7th. so i haven’t flown anywhere yet, but i’ll mostly be flying back and forth to boston and plattsburg since the airline i’m with is a relatively small one. so excited! wish me luck!! :)
